When air is filled into balloon, the balloon gets inflated because gases exerts pressure in all directions. The air filled in the balloon pushes and exerts pressure on the walls of the balloon in all directions. Hence, it inflates.

Hope it helps!!

when air is filled in the balloon, it experts pressure on the walls as we know. so, when more than enough pressure is put on the walls of balloon i.e. when more than enough air is filled it gets inflated
