⏩⏩We know that at noon the sun's distamce is the least to earth as compared to sun's position at sunrise or sunset also the light rays emitted by sun are perpendicular to glass slab like earth's atmosphere hence light id not refracted as well as all components of light reach our eyes at same time therefore the sky appears white at noon.

At noon, the sun is overhead and the light coming from the sun travels a relatively shorter distance through the atmosphere to reach the earth. ... As the light coming from the overhead sun contains almost all its compont colours in the right proportion, the sun appears white to us at noon.
