Hey mate here's your answer.

Option 1 is correct.

Let the triangle be ABC. The line extended above A be D and the line extended from point C that makes an angle 50° be E and the line extending horizontally be F. Also let the dotted line which is the normal  be N.

Here, from figure ∠DAC = 90° , ∠ABC = 40° , ∠ECF = 50°

As we know in plane mirror angle of inclination (here ∠ACN) is equal to angle of reflection (here ∠ECN)

Now, ∠BAC= 180° - 90° = 90°

Again in ΔABC, we know that sum of the angles of a triangle is 180°.

∴ ∠ ACB = 180°-(90° + 40°) = 50°

Now, ∠ACN = 90 - 50° = 40°

Also,  ∠ECN = 90° - 50° = 40°

As, ∠ACN = ∠ECN , therefore the figure of option 1 correctly depicts reflection in case of plane mirror inclined at 40°

I hope you are able to depict the diagram according to mine.

Hope this helps you dear. Would be glad to be marked as brainliest.

WISH YOU LUCK!!
