We Indians use these roman numbers i.e XXXX , VX , IC , XVV but in very less amount since in our country tens, hundreds , lakhs are used as a regular numbers since they  not make proper sequence and also since they are used from ancient times .The actual reason behind why we don't use these roman numbers is that that it is very difficult that when numbers  L , C ,D comes 3-4 times which makes these numbers very difficult to make proper sequence .

Hope it will help u .

Hey there!

These numbers are called roman numbers. XXXX, VX, IC, XVV are not used because they not make proper sequence.  We can write such number 2-3 times I,X,C,M. And some numbers are only used at once only such as L,V,D. That's why we not use these roman number.

Hope it helps you!
