Answer:

Lack of correction and rejection of correction both lead to character deformation

There is a famous proverb that states: Spare the rod, spoil the child. Character building begins right from childhood. Unless children are taught what is right and wrong and are not strictly monitored whether they follow the right they can never be of good character.

Parents, teachers and mentors must always correct the actions of children. Children are like tender saplings with a tendency to bend at the slightest blow of a wind. They have to be shielded from the bad and for that they need a strong support to hold them straight.

Once the formative years are over it is difficult to change one's character. It is often noticed that parents might have corrected the children but the children have refused to make the corrections. This leads to their developing a weak character. Thus rectifying mistakes and implementing the corrections are both very important.

In life, if we are making a mistake, there will be an option to correct the mistake. If that option is available, we must not hesitate and feel tired to take and use it. The lack in the tendency to correct our own mistakes will produce very bad effects and it will change the person's character in a negative way. One another thing is we must have the tendency to give chance to a person who did mistake. If he corrects it, we must accept the correction.
