Answer:

The light ray which is coming from top of the tree goes towards the bottom of the pinhole camera screen through the pinhole.

The light ray which is coming from bottom of the tree goes towards the top of the pinhole camera screen through the pinhole.

In this way the light coming in a particular direction from each point of the tree, will be able to enter into the pinhole and the light going in other directions is blocked.

This leads the formation of an inverted images.

If we increase the size of the hole of pinhole camera, we get blurred image on the screen.
