PR = 12 cm
QX = 7 cm

Area of Triangle PQR = 1/2 * (perpendicular height) (base)
PR is base
Perpendicular height = QX
So area of Triangle PQR = 42


Equal Area Division property by median:
As you know each median divides area of triangle into 2 equal
parts

area of triangle PQM =  area of triangle PMR =  (area of triangle PQR)/2 = 21

Now consider triangle PQM
here QN is a median at PM
So again 

area of triangle PQN =  area of triangle MQN =  (area of triangle PQM)/2 = 10.5

Similarly you can find area of triangle NMR = 10.5

So area of triangle QNR =  area of triangle MQN + area of triangle NMR = 21
