Consumers have the right to seek redressal against unfair trade practices and exploitation.

If any damage is done to a consumer .she has the right to get compensation depending on the degree of damage.

✔ex :a man called Prakash goes to a post office in order to send money

To his daughter.

✔ then he comes to know that the money has not yet reached his daughter.

✔when he enquires abt this in the post office ,it does not respond to his

Questions satisfactorily.

✔thus he finally plans to go to the local consumer protection council for advice.
