Reverseable is when the object can be brought back to its original substance.

Ex: rolling of a dough into roti. Here only the dough has changed its shape into roti...it only has changed its physical property

Non- reverseable is when a new substance is formed and can't be brought back to its original substance.

Ex: when a candle is burnt it gives out flame(heat) and Co2 which are new substance and can't be brought back to its original form.
