  • The normal force is the perpendicular force acting on the body or mass which is sliding to downwards or moving upward.
  • The frictional force is the opposite force which is acting opposite to the force the in which the body is moving.
  • The normal force is always perpendicular to the frictional force.
  • The example can be any body which is sliding or on the inclined plane. Like when we go to inclined planes.
  • We push our body in forward direction so that we can move forward otherwise due to the gravity behind will push backward.
  • Here the normal is acting upward to maintain the motion.
