Excess of salt in food cause some diseases like swelling , headaches so better use little salt in any food .

We should eat Limited amount of salt because if we eat too much salt the extra water stored in our body raises our blood pressure. the higher our blood pressure, the greater the strain on our heart ,arteries, kidney and brain. this can also lead to heart attack, stroke and other kidney diseases.
