Food must have a limited amount of salts as we require limited amounts of these in our bodies. Excessive salts in food can lead to the accumulation of water in different parts of the body such as arms, legs, etc. and lead to edema. Too much salt leads to an increase in blood pressure as well.

because we should eat limited of salt not many salt I always try to avoid salt because it is not good for health
