diaster management is to take precautions before occurrence of diasters such as earthquake, floods, etc.
weather forecasting and diasters management are related to each other because weather forecasting only gives information about the diasters before.
for example if weather forecasting says that floods are going to occur diaster management tries to make necessary changes by moving people to safe places etc.
