a) a economic development might be beneficial for an industrialist but not for a farmer who works harder day and night to produce agricultural goods
b)In case of an large scale and small scale businessmen, it may be beneficial for the larger ones than the smaller ones.(because economics development may also incur some strict rules and regulations for their securities).
c) Additionally, broadly thinking, the national income too dose'nt describe whether it is well distributed among the nation or not.
