The physical environment will include all the abiotic factors like water, soil, air and others.

The biological environment will include the biotic factors like plants, animals, microbes, humans and others.

There are many examples which can show the inter-relationship between the physical and biological environments.

The plants are dependent upon the sunlight, water and carbon dioxide obtained from the physical environment whereas the physical environment is dependent upon oxygen produced by the plants necessary for survival of other living beings on earth.
