Magnetic field will be stronger near the edge of the current carrying loop. Because as the distance from the centre increase the intensity of the magnetic field in the current carrying loop also increase. Magnetic field is basically nothing but a field vector which describes the magnetic influence of a current. A current carrying conductor produces a magnetic field due to the magnetic effect of current.
