X rays are a form of electromagnetic radiation as are radio waves,unframed radiation,visible light,ultra violet radiation and microwaves .one of the most common and beneficial uses of X rays is for medical imaging also.

  • X-rays are also called Roentgen rays.
  • These rays are form when cathode rays strike heavy dense materials.
