xylem and phloem are examples of complex permanent tissue .xylem consists of tracheids ,vessels , xylem parenchyma and xylem fibre. they transport water and stores food.
               phloem consists sieve tubes , companion cells, phloem fibres and the phloem parenchyma . it transports food.

water is transported to the every xell of the plant through Xylem
and the food the other nutrients are transported through Phloem.
