Freebies means, something is given to someone without charging them any cost for it.

Effect of freebies on an economy:

• Freebies or subsidie can be considered a good government policies, if government is earning enough. Because what it does for those who cannot afford essential things, like food ,clean water and cylinders, it provides them these essential item which help them to increase their living standard. and when their living standard increase they have more money to spend which is good for an economy.

• Freebies and subsidized policies can also goes against the economy, when the government isn't earning enough to spend on the subsidize policies. The fiscal deficit increases and the burden of debt increase on the whole economy, which is not good for economy.
