If one does not believe miracles are possible, that is how they are programming their minds, that is how they are commanding their mind to interpret reality, and that is most likely what will happen.  They will deny interpreting any experience as a 'miracle'.

But, we do have a subconscious mind, and we may have believed in miracles before.  Subconscious belief equally empowers universal substance to create.  This may manifest a 'miracle'.   Then, however, the conscious mind will go about attempting to discredit it as per its programming.

So we are the master and commanders of the ship of experiences we have.  We experience our responses to what we ourselves interpret, and this is our perceptual reality.
