When only a man goes to work and posses all the rights and women's are considered as the secondary the society won't develop.

Because to develop our society it beneficial to give equal rights to men and women. In each and ever aspects. If a man and a women together works in a family it reduces the weigh of the man. When both earns in a family it may decrease the burden of the man who always used to work.So in my opinion a women should given all the same rights which is given to a man in a society only then there will be a sustainable development.
