★ Importance of Fundamental Rights :

To live a normal life like we do today ; fundamental rights are necessary .

  • If we didn't have any rights ; you wouldn't have posted this question or I wouldn't have answered it .

  • We would not be able to talk whenever we want .

  • We couldn't have settled anywhere in the country with our own wish .

  • We could not have bought equipments or necessities when said that we don't have right to do so .

In simple words rights are necessary for everything .

According to some Fundamental Rights in our Constitution we can take some examples :

  • Right to Equality :

Underprivileged and poor could never have got the right to vote with ground of being poor .

→ Lower classes , tribes , and others based on gender , caste , creed would have been considered as underprivileged and not given equal opportunities .

  • Right to Freedom :

→ If this Right could not have been added ; we could never speak with our wish , we could never form groups or assemble , neither could move freely anywhere and nor take up the profession we want .

→ Because of this right ; we can take any form of education we want .

  • Right against Exploitation :

→ Due to this right ; forced labour , slavery and human trafficking is banned and not practiced .

→ Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to work .

  • Right to Freedom of Religion :

→ There is no state religion that's why we can follow any religion we want and even change our religion according to our wish .

Seeing all this examples we can conclude that rights are necessary in our daily life .
