Given:

44 cows can graze a field in 9 days.

Number of cows can graze the field in 1 day= 44× 9 = 396

So,

In 12 days, number of cows can graze the field = 396/12

=) 33 cows

Therefore,

44cows - 33 cows = 11cows less will graze the field.
