First, the poet gives example of Rose and stream.
The stream frets against its banks and makes noise. In this way it expresses its feelings for the banks by its noise.
Then the rose thinks, why god, why haven't u given me a voice by which I could express my feelings for my plant during the autumn. How bad I feel when the leaves fall off during that season !

Para 2 -
In similar way the poet gives example of a male parrot and a female parrot.

An example of two lovers.
