Dear Sir,
With reference to the lately announced result of the 9th and 10th classes of your school, you are, hereby, asked to explain your and your teacher’s position to the Competent Authority. The results produced by all the teachers of your institution have remained to be quite poor and below average in all the subjects.
In addition to that, the overall performance of your teachers has also proved to be totally unsatisfactory; therefore, you are required to show the causes of this negligent approach at the earliest.
