At first, Man takes the form of an infant or baby giving sounds and behaving funny in the the arms of nurse after birth.

Second he takes the form of a reluctant school boy who is reluctant to go to school for his education. Satchel here refers to the school bag which is heavy.

 His face shines in the morning sunlight as he goes to school creeping that is hiding like a snail to escape from going to school. Finally he goes to school unwillingly out of compulsion from his parents.

This is the meaning of this stanza.
