Conclusion:

The technology is indeed a very helpful thing but over use of it especially by the youngsters can be harmful. They may see things on internet which are not supposed to and end up doing wrong things. There should be a limit to everything. It can damage their eyesight, their posture and much more. So we should have a control whenever we're surfing through internet and use it a just a limit.
