Multipy it with 1000 on both side because here three digit repeat.

1000x = 1.001 bar 2 equation

Subtracted first equation from second equation.

1000x = 1.001 bar - x = 0.001 bar
1000x -x = 1.001 bar -0.001 bar
999x = 1
x = 1/999 ANS
