p + q / p - q = - 123 / 77

  = 23 / 100, Further as 23 is prime number it can't be further reduced.

Now, p + q = 23 + 100 and p - q = 23 - 100 = -77, so

p + q / p - q = 123 / (-77)

= - 123/77
