Multiplying 1000 to both the sides we get,

1000x = 252.252252... (ii)

Subtracting both the equations we get,

1000x - x = 252.252252... - 0.252252...

999x = 252

$x = \frac{252}{999} \\ \\ x = \frac{28}{111}$
