We can write,

10= 2.7 bar

Then, 100 x = 27.7 bar

Hence, 100 x - 10x = 27.7 bar - 2.7 bar = 25

So,

$x = \frac{25}{90} = \frac{5}{18}$

Answer:

Let x be 0.27bar .

Multiply and see with 10 i.e. 10x and if u get the number after decimal point in 10x to be same number after decimal point in x then subtract x & 10x. And if the number doesn't match with that of x then try multiplying with 100 i.e. 100x .
