Multiply equation (1) by 1000 we get,

Subtract equation (1) from equation (2) we get

1000X = 345.345345
X = 0.345345345

999X = 345

X = 345/999 = 115/333


Hence,

0.345 bar is in the form of 115/333 which is in the form of P/Q.
