Multiplying 10 to both sides :

multiplying by 10 to both sides :
100x = 47.474747..... ( iii )

100x - x = 47.474747..... - 0.474747.....
99x = 47
x = 47/99

so both sides multiplying with 100
100×x=100×0.47474747....
