Multiply by 10
10x = 11.272727.... (i)
Repeat until you get same repeating block after decimals....
1000x = 1127.272727...... (ii)

Now, Subtract (I) from (ii).

1000x = 1127.27272....
10x =. 11.27272....

990x = 1116
x = 1116/990 = 372/330
= 62/55

So,

And 1127.2727 = 1000x

If we subtract it then,

10x form 1000x = 1127.2727-11.2727

=> 990x = 1116

=> x = 1116/990

=> x = 372/330
