Then,

Multiply equation 1 by 1000 we get,

1000X = 1323.323323323.......(2)

Subtract equation 1 by equation 2 we get,

1000X = 1323.323323323
X = 1 323323323

X = 1322/999

Hence,

1.323 bar is in the form of 1322/999 which is in the form of P/Q.
