Answer:   \frac{34}{25}

Concept: If a number can be represented in the form of \frac{p}{q} , where q\neq 0 an irrational number can not be represented in the form of  \frac{p}{q}

Given: A number 1.36

To find: Represent 1.36 as a rational number

Solution:

First, we remove the decimal and divide the number by 100, then simplify it

1.36\\= \frac{136}{100}

= \frac{34}{25}

Which is in the form of  \frac{p}{q} and q\neq 0

hence 1.36 can be expressed in the form of a rational number i.e.  \frac{34}{25}
