Hey mate,

It seems like your question is incomplete but still how to write something in decimal form can be explained.

Explanation:

Basically you write a number in decimal form to show that the number is divided by a certain number of 10s. OR a number is written in decimal form to show that it isn't whole and was not completely divisible by the denominator when it was in fractional form.

Take \frac{26}{4} for example

\frac{26}{4} = 6.5  now this 6.5 can also be written as  \frac{65}{10} . How? Well the number of after the point denotes by how many 10s it can be divided. If there are two digits after a point then it is divide by 10 tens. i.e 100.

if you want to write 65 in decimal form but 2 digits after point simply divide it by 100.

\frac{65}{100} = 0.65

If you want to express one in decimal form divide it by 10 or any desired 10 with countless zeroes at the end.

Still your question not being clear is a problem and my answer might differ from what you need to know.

Hope it helps
