Let,

a = 2 \frac{1}{5}

and,

b = 7  \frac{2}{9}

so,

2  \frac{1}{5}   =  \frac{11}{5} = a

7  \frac{2}{9}  =  \frac{65}{9}  = b

To Find: 2+(1/5) as a fraction of 7+(2/9)

i.e., a \div b

 =  \frac{11}{5}  \div  \frac{65}{9}

 =  \frac{11 \times 9}{5 \times 65}

 =  \frac{99}{325}
