Express 2+3lgx - lgy as a single logarithm to base 10

notice lgx and lgy isnt base of 10
pls help

the question said as a single log to base 10,

so we can write 2 as log10^2 (since, log 10 base 10 is equals to one ,so 1×2=2)

now taking log10 common

so log10(100×x^3/y)

log10(100x^3/y)
