 \sf \: the \: rational \: number \: given =  \frac{2}{7}

∴7 \times(  - 3) =(  - 21)

so,

 \sf\frac{2}{7}  \times  \frac{ - 3}{ - 3}  =  \frac{ - 6}{ - 21}

∴  \sf\frac{2}{7}  as \: a \: rational \: number \: with \\ \sf  \: denominator  \: ( - 21) \: is \:  \frac{ - 6}{ - 21}

hence ,

  \sf \frac{ - 6}{ - 21} \: is \: rational \: number \: is \: as \:  a   \:   \\ \sf rational    \: number  \: with  \: denominator \: -21
