Given number :-

 \frac{ - 2}{7}

a)For expressing it with denominator 42

Multiply the numerator and denominator with 6,we get :-

 \frac{ - 12}{42}

b)For expressing it with denominator -28

Multiply the numerator and denominator with 4,we get:-

 \frac{8}{ - 28}
