 - 2x + \frac{3}{2} y - 4 = 0 \\ \frac{ - 4x}{2} + \frac{3}{2}y - \frac{8}{2} = 0 \\ \frac{ - 4x + 3y - 8}{2} = 0 \\ - 4x + 3y - 8 = 0(2) \\ - 4x + 3y - 8 = 0 \\ - (4x - 3y + 8) = 0 \\ 4x - 3y + 8 = 0 \\ \\ therefore \: a = 4 \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: b = ( - 3) \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: c = 8
