 \frac{ - 3}{5}

multiply both numerator and denominator by 8

 \frac{ - 3 \times 8}{5 \times8}  \\  =  \\  \frac{ - 24}{40}

now

just shift the negative sign to denominator

 \frac{24}{ - 40}

so final.answer is 34/-40
