a. (-44)

= (-4)/11

= (-4)×(-4)/11×(-4)

= 16/(-44)


b. (-110)

= (-4)/11

= (-4)×(-10)/11×(-10)

= 40/(-110)


c. 209

= (-4)/11

= (-4)×19/11×19

= (-76)/209

Here is the answer, you needed..

As mentioned in the question, we have to convert -4/11 into rational number with denominators :-

a. -44 = -4 * (-4) / 11 * (-4)
    = 16/ -44

b. -110 = -4 * (-10) / 11 * (-10)
    = 40/ -110

c.209 = -4 * 19 / 11 * 19 
          -76 / 209
