I) 8/-13 with -24 as numerator :-

first see that which is the number by which if u multiply 8 , u get -24 . it's -3 so now to make the fraction with the numerator as -24 an equivalent fraction of 8/-13 we have to multiply the denominator -13 by -3 as the numerator -24 is achieved by multiplying it by -3 as the fraction(A) which is got by either multiplying or dividing a fraction(B) with a number is called an equivalent fraction of fraction (B) and fraction (A) will be either a multiple or factor of fraction (B) respectively. so , -3×(-13) = 39.

hence the fraction thus obtained with numerator as -24 is -24/39.

ii) here , by doing the same process as done with the above one we get -40/65

iv) it also follows the same process = -64/104

iii) -16/26
