for \:  \frac{ - 8}{9}  \: to \: be \: expressed \: as \: numerator \:  = 24... \\  \frac{ - 8}{9}  \times   \frac{ - 3}{ - 3}  =  >  \:  \frac{24}{ - 27}  \\ for \:  \frac{ - 8}{9}  \: to \: be \: expressed \: as \: denminator \:  = 72... \\  \frac{ - 8}{9} \times  \frac{8}{8}   =  >  \:   \frac{ - 64}{72}
