Answer:

a) (-3/7)^-10

b) (1/3)^-3

Step-by-step explanation:

a) [ (-7/3)²]⁵

= (-7/3)^ 2 × 5.......{[(a^m)]^n = a^m × n}

= (-7/3)^ 10

= (-3/7)^ -10

b) 4³ × (4/3)^-3

= (1/4)^-3 × (4/3)^-3

= ( 1/4 × 4/3)^ -3.....(because they have same exponent)

=(1/3)^ -3

U WILL FIND THAT ALL RATIONAL HAVE NEGATIVE EXPONENT. : )
