Answer:

((-3/2)^-2)^-3

as there is a bracket the exponents can be multiplied

so therefore

-2*-3= +6

as negative*negative integer = positive integer

as the exponent is positive the question asked is to make it a negative integer therefore we have reciprocate(reciprocal) the answer

(-3/2)^6

therefore the answer would be

(-2/3)^-6

or

(-3/2)^-6
