heya,

so,we have to express
 { \frac{1}{2} }^{ - 6}
as rational number,

Working rule :-

if there is negative sign in exponent supported by an even number,we can safely remove this sign as,

( - ) \times ( - ) = ( + )
thus, we can write the question as
 { \frac{1}{2} }^{6}  =   \frac{1}{ {2}^{6} }
now,

 {2}^{6}  = 64
thus,

 { \frac{1}{2} }^{ - 6}  =  \frac{1}{64} answer

Answer is 64 so that remove the - sing and convert it in to + sin
