Solution:

 N = $0.13\overline{54}$

100N = $13.\overline{54}$

10000N = $1354.\overline{54}$

=> 10000N  - 100N  =   $1354.\overline{54}$ - $13.\overline{54}$

=> 9900N = 1341

=> N = 1341/9900

=> N = 447/3300

=> N = 149/1100

 $0.13\overline{54}$ =  149/1100
